The hotel was clean with good looking rooms and very friendly staff. I ate at a simple restaurant for dinner around the venue. The location of the hotel was perfect and excellent, in the center of Sankt Niklaus. A bakery and stores were right next door.

The room was nice looking with shower, mountain view US$ 102. Having hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets was a bonus. Central location was a plus.

We had a great stay at this hip new hotel. The venue was clean, and the location in the middle of town was marvelous. The hotel was not far from the center of town and the mountains.

During our stay at Heimatlodge, we were impressed with the beautiful design of the new building. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh foods and the service was outstanding. Additionally, having a coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. we had a pleasant experience at Heimatlodge and would recommend it to others.

The only issue we encountered was with the check-in process. It wasn't clear to us that the check-in was at the cafe down the road, which caused some confusion upon our arrival.

The room at Hotel Heimatlodge was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfy, and I had the best sleep ever. They even had a menu for pillows - who would have thought? The sitting area was cozy and perfect for chilling with my friends after a long day.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the laptop-compatible safe. I mean, who brings their laptop on vacation anyway?

Lastly, one of the best aspects of my stay was the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, with modern decor and amenities that made for a pleasant and cozy stay.

One of the worst aspects of my experience was the check-in process, which was quite frustrating. The instructions provided were unclear, and it took assistance from other guests to successfully check-in.

I absolutely loved the charming and nostalgic decoration throughout the hotel. The vintage touches brought back memories of a bygone era, and it made my stay feel extra special. The general areas were cozy and comfortable, a perfect place to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel's accessibility was excellent. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways were wide enough for me to navigate my walker with ease.

The only thing I would ask for to make this a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were a bit overwhelmed and not always available to provide the help that we needed.
